A true Virgo at heart, Virgo Girl AKA Jelanna LaFleur is an introverted, creative, powerhouse! Born and raised in Saint Paul, Minnesota, she's a Midwest girl with Southern roots. The joys of her life are her daughters, dancing, writing black romance, singing and, songwriting. After retiring from a career in music as the vocalist of the platinum-selling group Quad City DJs, she dedicated her life to raising her daughters and working with high-risk youths and teens. Twenty years later she's living life on her own terms, making lifelong dreams come true and creating relatable romance novels!
